IT Reseller awards OKI Switzerland ‘Best vendor in the peripherals and components category’
OKI Printing Solutions, who also won last year, received top marks in all sections with an incredible average score of 8.26 points. This was the highest score received this year by any manufacturer in any of the categories.
OKI’s superiority is clear when the individual categories are considered:
“training and certification” OKI attained a score of 7.9 (average 6.5)
“price-performance relationship” the winner received 8.5 (average 7.8)
“service and support” 8.1 points (average 7.0)
“business integrity” 8.2 (average 7.4).
