In another industry-leading move, OKI Printing Solutions has introduced an extended three-year warranty cost-free for its complete range of printers, fax and multi-functional equipment across the EMEA region.
"This move reflects our total confidence in the robustness of OKI products, which are manufactured to the highest possible standards," confirms Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Tetsuhei 'Tets' Kawamura. "OKI's printing solutions have long been regarded as market leaders in terms of product quality, a position which we have now reinforced with this unique commitment to our customers."
The warranty is easy to initiate, as customers simply have to register on-line, by telephone or by post within 30 days, providing their name, address, product serial number and the date of purchase. This provides all-inclusive next-day service on-site, including travel time and labour costs as well as parts
