Citroën’s new printing solution in Denmark

In 2010 the French motor car company Citroën in Denmark invested in OKI’s new printing solution and now each of Citroën’s 57 Danish dealers have their own OKI printer.

In the motor car business it is of utmost importance to be able to react to competitive initiatives and client’s demands in a timely manner Citroën Denmark required a printer that would enable each dealer to design and print their own material, locally – in accordance with Citröen’s brand guidelines.

THE SOLUTION

Citroën Denmark selected OKI’s inhouse printing concept which enabled each dealer to design and print their own material - typically stickers for license plates, transparent stickers for windows, banners, weather resistant outdoor signs and all sorts of promotional materials, using the C800 Series A3 colour printer

THE RESULTS

Based on templates in Citroën’s own on-line graphic design system the dealers are now able to easily create and adjust content and messages towards their own shop and showroom. This improves their ability to react to market changes and enables them to keep control of their external communications, as well as their budget.

”With OKI’s user friendly solutions all Citroën’s local dealers now design and print their own POS material. It can be Point of Sale signage with daily offers or specific features the individual dealers consider of special interest for local or new clients”, says Commercial Manager, Citroën, Jesper Kristoffersen.
