THE CHALLENGE

With a large client portfolio, Hübner & Hübner experienced a range of differing user requirements. With Fax and copy machines, printers and scanners in continuous operation it is essential to implement an optimal and reliable setup.

THE SOLUTION

Optimised in 3 steps, Analysis, Concept and implementation, OKI developed a comprehensive concept in co-operation with Hübner & Hübner’s EDP partner Andreas Wruhs (EDV Wruhs) based on a non-committal analysis of the printer requirements in the various departments. With complete transparency and the best price-performance ratio with up to 30 per cent cost savings the auditors and tax consultants of Hübner & Hübner were convinced.

THE RESULTS

After the complete, smooth exchange of the devices, there are now 80 b/w laser printers and about 20 A3 Colour MFPs in operation as part of the OKI Print Optimizer concept. The package includes a monthly flat rate for the entire fleet of devices for a 60 month period, which includes a next-day on-site service to ensure optimal availability.

DEVELOPMENT SCENARIOIN-HOUSE PRINTING

The project team has facilitated a contemporary user feature: By using the OKI A3 Colour MFPs, the employees of Hübner & Hübner can now benefit from professional in-house printing. The company’s cafeteria can be decorated with informative, illuminated banner posters, employees can produce their own customer mailings and brochures and hence save costs.
