KATSUMASA SHINOZUKA

Chairman of the Board

In 1963 Katsumasa Shinozuka graduated from the Engineering department of the University of Tokyo, and joined Oki Electric. In 1988 he was promoted to General Manger of the Computer Systems Development Division.

He later became Director of this division and has subsequently held several senior positions at Oki Electric, including Senior Managing Director of the Device Business Group. In 1998 he became President and CEO of Oki Electric and in 2003 was appointed the Chairman of Oki Data Corporation.

He enjoys reading, listening to classical music such as Beethoven, and gardening.
